Byebye CNY

How was your Chinese New Year spent?
Let me tell you mine.
1st day: Spent doing homework. Playing. Nothing else.
2nd day. Yet another homework day. Went out to cousin's house to play. Couldn't recognise more than 50% of my cousin's faces (GAWD!). Erm. Then I went home.
Today is the 3rd day. Our school had half day because of good O Level results (huat ah). Passed the CNY card that me and my fellow card making group-mates did to Mr Goh. Seemed like he likes it (I really hope so, I put it a lot of effort in). He thanked me, like, 3 times. First time he actually did this. The last card I did him I was only thanked once.
I really don't understand teachers. They tell us to enjoy our chinese new year holidays. But how? Especially when they give us a whole mountain of homework which seems almost impossible to finish. Is this considered as an act of sarcasm?
Oh never mind. We students are used to it already.
Ooh. There's Mr E's lesson tomorrow. Let's just hope it will be fun.
I... Have nothing else to say.
Therefore, TTFN.
Here's a video for everyone (the song's really awesome). Replay by SHINee :)

Newssss~~

Sorry. A little boring today.
1) Luxury cruise sinks
Another one?? Titanic part 2 LOL. Nah just kidding. I wonder what happened. I hope those who are missing for now come back in peace. Alive.
2) Lady Gaga and Madonna feud
Gaga says she admires Madonna. But appears that Madonna doesn't really seem to like her that much. Hmm... If I had to choose between them, I would want Madonna. Her songs are quite awesome :)
3) Suju (Super Junior) concert in Singapore, tickets sold out
Not really surprising. Look, if even SNSD can do that, I don't see why Suju's concert can't. Both are very big groups, and both songs are quite good. But I don't want Suju, I WANT SHINee :( But I heard their comeback is soon. Yay! Wait... Why am I rejoicing... I can't even watch it anyway :(
4) Croc swallows 10 year old girl
Ugh. Eww. Poor girl...
5) Flash floods across Singapore
I know about this LOL. I was taking a bus home yesterday and I saw cars going through huge (and pretty deep too) puddles. Gawd damn!
Ok that's all. Byeee

Ahhhh~~

This year is kinda rush, isn't it?
Look, 2012 just started, like, 14/15 days ago. And CNY is just round the corner!! Aiyoo...
Went out to buy goodies and clothes for my brother. Parents probably have a hole in their wallets :/
Today, I realised something went I went out to Orchard.
I saw a lot of Filipino maids (it's Sunday, which means rest day, and it's flooded with Filipinos. Zomg). My mother said she felt like she just went to the Phillipines. I kinda digested that. Now I really wonder how many families actually hire maids. A few days ago in my Chinese comprehension close exercise, I read that one in every 2 families hire a maid!! That's pretty shocking. Shows that Singaporeans are either too lazy to do housework by themselves, or just have no time.
Anyway, that's not the main point. I always thought Singaporeans are probably the most kiasu people in this entire world, but today my perspective changed. Forever.
I found that some Filipinos are more kiasu than us Singaporeans!!
(If there's any Filipinos reading this, do bear in mind that I'm not criticising you...)
They chiong seats even faster than us Singaporeans do. And for some, even there's already like not much space already (like maybe just a few inches left), they will still force their butts in!
That's terribly RUDE!
Singaporeans, rejoice that there's people more kiasu than you (Nah, just kidding). Oh, but for those with maids, I may be talking about the one at YOUR home now :P
Right... Enough.
Let's stop with the Question of The Day thingy... Cos I figured out that no one actually bothers to answer my question. And I can't think of much anyway.
TTFN.

Hello school...!

Hahah yeah! School has started. I can't say I'm elated (who would, seriously) but I do bother paying attention in class nowadays okies.
My new form teacher is reallyyyyyy awesome. But from what I heard from my seniors, he's pretty horny, and the class got to see those sides of him already on the first day of school as well as today. Just 2 days of school... And there comes Mr E's horny side. Ish...
My co-form is a half korean half chinese (cool eh). I would want her to teach me korean if she could! XD
And. Mr Goh came back to teach PE again! I actually don't know how to react... I feel happy AND freaked out!
I bonded with the girls in my class rather well, currently no hate relationships. And camp was better than expected. Nice one, Camelot. But on the last day... The milo served during breakfast was curdled. Eeyuck??
At the camp, I tried these things:
-High Elements [1] (Challenge Rope Course or CRC). Where I nearly fainted at the height. Well, it's much better than Outward Bound's... That's higher.
-High Elements [2] (Rock climbing). Where I was really sure I couldn't make it to a high level, but I did by reaching the 7th tile. Accomplishment!!
-High Elements [3] (Abseiling). Where I got freaked out during the start, but on the way down, I felt that it was fun :D
-High Elements [4] (Zipline or flying fox). Where I jumped from a tower as tall as 7 stories high (that's around  the height I live)!! Really, it's scary with only a few railings protecting you from free falling. As I flew down, I kept gaining and losing gravity... And I was so shocked I didn't know whether or not to scream!
-Low Elements (Mohawk). Where we had to walk on wires (not electrical ones, mind you)with physical support from our friends. That one was easy.
-Water activities [1] (Kayaking). I paired with my new classmate. The way we coordinated was pretty okay.
-Water activities [2] (Dragonboating). This was really tough to coordinate. But we still did anyway... And we got splashed with a lot of water from the other boats (on purpose too) -.- TSK.
-Hiking at Bukit Timah Hill and Kampong Trek. This one was kinda tough. The Bukit Timah hike started off with a reallyyy steep slope, so steep you might want to just roll down when you're going down. But after that were gentle slopes, so it was really ok. The Kampong one was really dangerous. Drains everywhere. If your friend just happened to be playing and suddenly nudged into you and you lost balance, SPLOSH! There you go into the drain.
Okay...
Question of the day: How has 2012 been up till now?
TTFN :)

It's a new year! :D

Ah yes. Bye 2011, HI 2012!
My birthday is over... Another year older again. Does that mean I will be more mature? Well, let's see then.
2011 has been a little too unhappy. Seriously. I thought it would be nice for me at the start, but now that it's over, I feel that it sucks.
Level camp is tomorrow. Tsk, vendor is Camelot again. They screwed up my level camp last year -.-
Kayaking and dragonboating at Bedok Reservoirs. Trainers from Camelot and teachers, IS THIS A JOKE!? Isn't it a tad too dangerous!?
Campsite will be at Home Team NS (Bukit Batok). Trekking, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Hmmm...
I found out my form and co-form teachers today. I really like my form teacher, Mr E. He's teaching us biology this year, and from what I heard from my seniors, he's a little horny. Well, we experienced that today. But he's a good teacher :)
My co-form is a half korean and half chinese. Wow, cool!
Ok, news.
Kim Jong Il is dead. Huat ah. Thank lord.
Trains keep having problems every now and then. SMRT, you cute or cute?
2 headed croc and 3 eyed cat found? Conjoined twins/aliens in such animals? The world is just awesome man.
Oh and... There will be a new "feature" in every post now, so do look out! It's called 'Question of the day'. You can type your responses either in the Cbox or in the comments section :) Here goes...
Question of the day: What's your new year resolution, and what mistakes do you want to correct from the previous year(s)?
TTFN :)
